one thing that will change, a lot of this -- all of this is being done by the cia. well, most of it. drones in particular except in explicit war theaters like afghanistan or iraq where the military does control them is controlled by the cia. i think one thing that the new secretary of defense -- assuming he's confirmed -- hagel, some of the things he wants to do is to turn this back over to the military so that at least it's not embroiled in secrecy at the very beginning. we don't know anything...
